Price: Mentioned is on twin sharing/Double occupancy basis or as per your requirement.
Bookings: Subject to availability of room in given hotel at the time of booking.
Transportation: Will be used as per itinerary only 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (point to point basis).
Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Validity: The above package rate is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends, Christmas and New Year; those charges will be extra.
Hotel Alternatives: AADAM HOLIDAYS Pvt. Ltd. will provide an alternate or similar category of hotel if the hotel mentioned in the program is not available at the time of booking.
Combining Offers: The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
Cost Incidental: Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, and/or any factors beyond control will have to be borne by the client.
Identification: The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Adhar Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
Modification of Offer: AADAM HOLIDAYS Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
Hidden Charges: AADAM HOLIDAYS Pvt. Ltd. does not have any hidden charges except for your personal expenses not mentioned in inclusion. During the journey, if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us, and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Booking Agreement: Before placing an order, you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package, you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.
Extra Bed/Breakfast for Kids: Any extra bed/breakfast for kids not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel policy.
Payment Liability: If the guest pays the amount in any personal account without any written information to the company management, then AADAM HOLIDAYS Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for that payment.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi.
