Refund Policy

At Aadam Holidays Private Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences and maintaining complete transparency in our business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, amendments, and refunds for all travel services booked through our company.

By confirming a booking with Aadam Holidays Private Limited, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated herein.

 

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations and travel arrangements are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written booking confirmation by Aadam Holidays Private Limited.

The booking is subject to the availability of services at the time of confirmation and the policies of respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, visa authorities, and other service providers.

 

2. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the registered email address used at the time of booking.

The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the written cancellation request is received by Aadam Holidays Private Limited.

The following cancellation charges shall apply:


 | Period Prior to Departure/Travel Date | Cancellation Charges | 30 days or more | 10% of the total package cost
 | 21 – 29 days | 50% of the total package cost
 | 15 – 20 days | 75% of the total package cost
 | Less than 15 days / No Show | 100% of the total package cost

In addition to the above, any cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise companies, visa authorities, or other third-party suppliers shall be borne entirely by the customer. This standard cancellation policy is flexible as per hotel, flight, Visa, Tour location and supplier policy. 

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once confirmed, irrespective of the date of cancellation:

Airfare and airline taxes 

Visa fees and processing charges 

Travel insurance premiums 

Cruise bookings 

Event, attraction, and entertainment tickets 

Special permits and government fees 

Non-refundable hotel reservations 

Peak season and promotional offers 

Any service specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of booking 

Refunds, if any, shall be strictly subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

 

4. Refund Process

Where a refund is applicable, Aadam Holidays Private Limited shall process the refund after receiving the refunded amount from the concerned suppliers.

Refunds shall be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval and completion of all necessary formalities.

The company reserves the right to deduct:

Cancellation charges 

Administrative and service fees 

Banking and transaction charges 

Payment gateway charges 

Foreign exchange fluctuations, if applicable 

Taxes and government levies, where non-refundable 

Refunds shall be made through the original mode of payment, wherever feasible.

 

5. Amendments and Modifications

Any request for amendments, including but not limited to changes in travel dates, passenger names, accommodation, flights, transportation, or itinerary, shall be subject to availability and applicable supplier policies.

Additional charges may apply for any modifications made after booking confirmation.

 

6. No Show Policy

Failure of the customer to report for any booked service, including flights, hotel check-ins, transfers, sightseeing tours, cruises, or other travel arrangements, without prior written notice, shall be treated as a No Show.

In such circumstances, no refund shall be payable.

 

7. Unused Services

No refund shall be granted for any unused or partially utilized services, including but not limited to:

Unused hotel accommodation 

Missed flights or transfers 

Missed sightseeing tours or excursions 

Early check-out from hotels 

Early departure from the tour 

Any voluntary withdrawal from the itinerary 

 

8. Force Majeure

Aadam Holidays Private Limited shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, alterations, losses, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters 

Floods, earthquakes, storms, or extreme weather conditions 

Epidemics and pandemics 

Government regulations and travel restrictions 

Political unrest, riots, civil disturbances, or war 

Terrorist activities 

Airline operational disruptions 

Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes 

In such situations, refunds shall be subject to the policies and decisions of the respective service providers, and the company shall not be liable for any consequential losses.

 

9. Cancellation by Aadam Holidays Private Limited

In the unlikely event that Aadam Holidays Private Limited is unable to operate or provide the confirmed travel services due to operational reasons, the company may, at its sole discretion:

Offer an alternative arrangement of comparable value; or 

Provide a refund for the affected services, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. 

Such refund shall constitute the full and final settlement of any claim against the company.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Aadam Holidays Private Limited acts solely as an intermediary between customers and various service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and visa authorities.

The company shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, delay, deficiency, injury, loss, damage, accident, or inconvenience caused by any third-party service provider.

 

Declaration

By making a booking with Aadam Holidays Private Limited, the customer confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy and agrees to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions. This policy forms an integral part of the booking contract between the customer and Aadam Holidays Private Limited.
