Terms & Conditions

1. Package Rates
All package rates are quoted on a Twin Sharing/Double Occupancy basis unless otherwise specified. Rates are subject to availability and may vary based on travel dates, room category, occupancy, and service requirements.

2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to the availability of hotels, transportation, flights, and other services at the time of confirmation. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd.

3. Transportation
Transportation services included in the package shall be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and on a point-to-point basis. Vehicle services are generally available from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM unless otherwise specified. Any additional usage, route deviation, or extended hours shall be chargeable and payable directly by the guest.

4. Meal Plan
The meal plan applicable to the package shall be as follows:
EP (European Plan): Accommodation Only
CP (Continental Plan): Accommodation with Breakfast
MAP (Modified American Plan): Accommodation with Breakfast and One Major Meal (Lunch or Dinner)
AP (American Plan): Accommodation with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Meals shall be provided as per the policy and timings of the respective hotel.

5. Package Validity
The quoted package cost is valid only for the specified travel period and is not applicable during national holidays, festivals, long weekends, peak seasons, Christmas, New Year, or any special event periods. Additional surcharges, if applicable, shall be borne by the guest.

6. Hotel Accommodation
The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event of non-availability, Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to provide accommodation in a similar category hotel offering comparable standards and facilities.

7. Combination of Offers
The package rates and offers provided by Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or special scheme unless specifically authorized in writing.

8. Force Majeure
Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, alteration, loss, or additional expenses arising due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, roadblocks, flight cancellations, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, or any other unforeseen events. Any additional expenses incurred under such circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
9. Travel Documentation & Identification
Guests must carry valid original government-issued photo identification, such as a Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID Card, at the time of hotel check-in and throughout the journey. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of services, for which the company shall not be liable.

10. Amendments & Modifications
Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, modify, substitute, or withdraw any package, service, itinerary, or offer at its sole discretion without prior notice due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

11. Transparency of Charges
Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. follows a transparent pricing policy and does not levy any hidden charges. Any expenses not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions, including personal expenses, optional activities, meals, tips, laundry, room service, or other incidental costs, shall be borne directly by the guest.
Guests are advised not to make any payments to unauthorized persons. The company shall not be responsible for payments made without prior approval or official confirmation.

12. Booking Acceptance
Guests are advised to carefully review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and package details before confirming their booking. Confirmation of a booking shall constitute acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and conditions of travel associated with the package.

13. Child Policy & Extra Bed
Charges for extra beds, additional meals, breakfast, or any services for children not specifically included in the package shall be payable directly by the guest as per the prevailing policy of the respective hotel.

14. Payment Liability
All payments must be made only to the official bank accounts designated by Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. The company shall not be liable for any payments made to personal accounts or unauthorized representatives without written authorization from the company's management.

15. Limitation of Liability
Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, theft, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, or local authorities.

16. Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Aadam Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

17. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking and/or making payment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
